The key to successful sealing is a proper surface preparation. Sealer can stainproof and waterproof tiles (or grout) for 15 years or several weeks... That depends on quality of cleaning. We do not clean. We extract the dirt from a substrate's body.
Deep dirt extraction is the most vital task in restoration process. It is also a task that cannot be performed by an amateur without proper machinery and knowledge. The Extractor means- we do a trick that nobody can even imitate.

          My name is Jake. I am a highly trained tiler / builder / project manager, in the trade since 1986.           During those years I noticed two things: majority of tiling projects are done by lowest bidders, most of the projects are left unfinished. Lack of sealer coating on porous tiles or grout (except for true epoxy) equals waste of money. Even most amazing tiles will look very gloomy after couple of years of collecting dirt.
          Seeing a huge market for repairing tiles with virtually non existent competition I decided to change the company name and reduce my services to tile and grout restoration. Many people wonder about my business name - The Extractor. To many restoration means sealing and silicone replacement.
